I am too busy

  • Can’t think of what they can do in time and context availanle

  • Scared of what others might think if they do it
  • Too young to do it
  • Too much to think about, just forget about it

  • Can’t see the impact and hence lose motivation
  • Think that its all or nothing. So too little would not help
  • Too stressed to even think about it
  • Too much travelling
